Information we collect

Call-back requests. If you ask us to call you, we collect your name, phone number, the general topic (for example, “new patient appointment” or “billing”), whether your child is a new or existing patient, the best time to call and your preferred language. The form does not ask for medical information — please do not send symptoms, diagnoses or other health details through this website.

Chat. Our website chat is automated and answers general questions from the information on this site. We do not store what you type in the chat; we keep only anonymous monthly counts (for example, how many questions were asked).

Technical information. Our server records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time, to run and protect the website. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To keep the website working and secure and to block spam
• To comply with the law

We do not use website information for advertising and we do not sell or share personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the website, under agreements that limit their use of the information: our website host and support provider (Maloremi LLC), an email delivery service that sends call-back notices to our office, Cloudflare (if the spam check is enabled) and Google Fonts (which receives your IP address when the typefaces load). We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

Call-back requests are deleted from the website automatically after 60 days. If you become a patient, your records are kept as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices and as required by law.

Your privacy choices and California rights

You may ask what website information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act to the extent it applies; medical information about patients is governed by HIPAA and California’s Confidentiality of Medical Information Act instead. To make a request, call us. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.

We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request.

Children

This website is written for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child sent us information, call us and we will delete it.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), spam protection and limited staff access. Email and websites are never completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send health information online — please call us instead.
